30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

How to Request a Return at ViceWears
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. To streamline the process, please follow these steps:

- Enter the email address you used when making the purchase and your password.
Navigate to Your Order History:
- Once signed in, locate and click on your customer account.
- Look for the "Order History" or a similar section.
Select the Order to Refund:
- In your order history, find the specific order for the item you wish to return.
- Click on the order to open the details.
Initiate the Return Process:
- Within the order details, look for an option like "Make a Return" or "Request Refund."
- Click on this option to start the return process.
Choose Reason for Return:
- You will be prompted to choose a reason for the return. Select the most appropriate reason from the provided options.
Provide Additional Information (if required):
- In some cases, you may need to provide additional details or comments about the return. Fill in any required fields.
Submit Your Return Request:
- Once you've selected the reason and provided any necessary information, look for a "Submit" or "Request Refund" button.
- Click on the button to submit your return request.
Wait for Approval:

Receive Return Shipping Label and Instructions (if accepted):
- If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Send Back the Item:

Monitor Refund Status:

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards making it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
For a faster resolution, return the unwanted item. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The conditions for return are the same as our general return policy.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
